Location: Merseyside
Rate of Pay: From £13 - £16 per hour based on experience
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – hours will vary depending on the school
Duration: Short term temporary role initially, but will be reviewed periodically

Job Description:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Provide 1-2-1 or small-group support to students who need additional help.
- Supervise students during class, transitions, lunch, break time, and other school activities.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Prepare learning materials, resources, and classroom displays.
- Support behaviour management including SEN strategies and reinforce classroom rules and expectations.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.

Requirements:
- Safeguarding level 1 certificate
- Experience with SEN preferred
- Classroom management support
- Organisation and time management
- Adaptability and problem-solving
- Teamwork and collaboration

- Understanding of child development
